Rebuild Is Now An Affiliated Weightlifting Club With Olympic Lifting Classes At Both Locations

We’re thrilled to announce a new chapter for Rebuild Health and Fitness: We are now an affiliated weightlifting club with the Queensland Weightlifting Association!


This exciting development means we’re offering Olympic weightlifting classes at our Capalaba location, alongside our Wynnum gym.


It’s an incredible opportunity for anyone ready to elevate their fitness journey and explore the sport of weightlifting.


What is Olympic Weightlifting?

Olympic weightlifting is a dynamic and exhilarating sport centered around two primary lifts:

  • The Snatch
  • The Clean and Jerk


These lifts require a powerful combination of:

What to Expect in Our Classes

Our Olympic weightlifting classes are designed for all experience levels—from beginners to seasoned lifters.
