New Dynamic Strength Classes Added To The Rebuild Schedule
If you feel like you’ve plateaued in your lifting movements, Rebuild Health & Fitness has some exciting news for you! We are launching a new Dynamic Strength class, starting Thursdays at 5:30 PM, replacing the Capacity class.
About Dynamic Strength
The Dynamic Strength classes are designed to help you build a stronger foundation around the three big lifts:
- Squats
- Bench press
- Deadlifts
This program is perfect for those wanting to:
- Improve their fundamental movements
- Increase their personal bests
- Lift heavier in other classes
- Build solid, lasting strength foundations
Who's Coaching?
The new class will be coached by Darius Holliday-Miller, an expert in:
- Sport performance
- Strength and conditioning
With nearly 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Darius brings a depth of knowledge and coaching precision to every session.
What to Expect
- No Met-Con or WOD component:
➔ This class is solely focused on proper lifting and movement mastery. - Weekly movement focus:
➔ Coaching will zoom in on specific lifts and techniques each week to perfect execution. - Exercise variety:
➔ Classes will include pushing, pulling, squatting, and gymnastic accessory work to: - Build full-body strength
- Improve lifting technique
